My experience of transmitting light has been very positive. I came with no expectations or knowledge of any kind as I have never had the opportunity to delve into this topic, so I had no idea how this experience could have helped me. Nevertheless, I immediately felt a feeling of inner peace and love toward each other, demonstrated by my reaction to the behavior of one of my friends in the next hour. In addition, it was a very stressful time for me which contributed to my nervous hunger, in the weeks following the light broadcast instead I felt an improvement in this as well. I no longer had hunger attacks similar to a need to “fill up.” It was definitely positive. I will want to explore this new knowledge again in other meetings.

With this path of emotional alchemy, I have learned to manage my strong “negative” emotions a little more, in short, the ones that are felt the most, but above all I have learned to manage emotions by no longer looking at myself as a victim, but by trying to find the origin of that emotion through the technique that Ilaria taught me. I have dissolved many blocks that make me live more serene, more I will have to unblock but now thanks to Ilaria I have a powerful tool to do so. For example, in a work situation with a colleague, I always felt guilty about her mood, that is, I thought I was responsible for her mood when she came to work, and I felt guilty and frustrated. When I began the journey with Ilaria, I felt small and helpless, like a little girl — even my voice sounded like a child’s. This year with you, I’ve learned to mother myself, and to evolve as a woman, as a wife, and as a mother to my children. I overcame my throat issues, which had caused me constant tonsillitis, because I didn’t feel allowed to speak my truth. Even my tone of voice has changed. I feel more like a woman. I now feel both the right and the duty to raise my voice and express my integrity. I’ve connected with the pleasure of living a life aligned with my soul’s impulses, stepping out of the sense of duty imposed by a rigid 3D reality, and experiencing sacredness in the physical body. I’ve realized that I am not alone, but that I have soul companions — my etheric family — whom I know I will soon meet. I feel evolved, confident that I am taking the right steps: now I know I am supported and guided. I have received advice from my guides, which brought me clarity and reassurance in moments of confusion. Now I sense the divine all around me — in every action, every gesture, every desire, and within myself. Grateful for this journey. For walking it with a soul sister.

Progress over the last 60 days. I’ve definitely started to slow down my mind and my pace — both in thinking and in doing, and in completing tasks whether hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly… This has brought me greater inner calm and a clearer sense of priorities. I’m living with more awareness! (For example: when I’m tired, I rest — the simplest and most obvious thing, yet something I didn’t always allow myself to do before!) Now I often even prevent myself from reaching a state of exhaustion — mentally, spiritually, and physically — with all the benefits this brings, and will continue to bring. I have the impression of being more grounded and of having started to talk a little less (not easy for me), managing to control — and sometimes even stop — my usually chronic, spontaneous, and verbose speech, and no longer feeling the need to communicate everything in detail. I dare say I’m starting to be more concise, as well as more confident and decisive in my communication and in making certain decisions.
I’m more than aware that I’m just at the beginning of an important and demanding path for me. But I feel at ease with my coach (mental and spiritual), my teacher — I’m enjoying the journey so far (despite all my limitations, masks, cages, rationality, behaviors, doubts, heaviness, burdens, habits, etc.). That’s why I want to keep attending this gym and commit to making it more and more my own, and to strengthening it day by day.

My journey with Ilaria. I have been on several sessions with therapists and coaches. Since I was 16 years old. Although the 16-year-old was dealing specifically with different problems than the 50-year-old on the journey with Ilaria, the core question has always been: Who am I? With Ilaria, I found a mixture of spiritual openness to the workings of energies that are not always visible, combined with a grounded psychological competence that suited me well. Because I am a very skeptical person towards everything that I cannot see or touch. What was the aim of the trip? My goal was to become clearer about my deepest desires, to be able to express them and to face the consequences that follow. I also wanted to learn to feel more intensely. In total, there were 8 sessions in which we dealt with this topic on different levels of my being. I was connected with the 12-year-old boy and his feelings of humiliation; later, based on real situations from my childhood, I dealt a lot with the inner child and its healing. This was linked to the realization and recognition of my own vulnerability. I looked at which inner and outer instances I listen to and how I learn to distinguish between them in order to make independent decisions. I was very surprised how strongly my parents’ values were active in me and prevented me from making my own decisions, e.g. regarding discipline. In my “homework” I observed the influence (inner child, ego, parents) under which I make decisions. The process was sometimes very painful because it confronted me with repressed fears. It was very helpful how concretely and practically we worked on this, e.g. by connecting with nature as a place of power and source of all being. Ilaria has a clear view and supports me in taking back responsibility and learning to distinguish which entity (higher self, ego, inner child, parents) is talking to me. In the end, I am much more vulnerable, as a man who has lost his way and wants to find it again. Through the process, I have found the willingness to examine all the essential things in my life: Where do I want to live, with whom, what do I want to do? It feels intense, alternately scares me or fills me with joy; genuine joie de vivre that I had lost. I have rediscovered nature as a source of strength and as an opportunity to simply let go – especially of thinking. To sum up, I can say: The sessions have taught me to feel more intensely – in all directions. And I am confident that I can learn to be a healthy man again who balances his masculine and feminine energies well.

Thank you so much for this specific light transmission targeting my reoccurring shoulder and neck tension. I have tried a quite few bodywork therapies such as craniosacral therapy and osteopathy but these could not release the tension fully and it kept coming back. During the light transmission I could reach the point where I am fully without any of these tensions and misalignments (probably psychosomatic symptoms) in both body and mind.
